Our mission guides the organisation’s activities, programs and partnerships whilst ensuring all efforts are aligned with helping our young people succeed and thrive. It also articulates the core purpose and our commitment. We have a person-centred approach and work holistically to meet the needs of individuals. We ensure a focussed approach by minimising the need for multiple services, whilst creating a cohesive package of support. We have an established team of trauma experienced mentors available with a range of experience.

Achieve In Mentoring CIC is a Community Interest Company. The core function of the business is to provide mentoring, residential care, and community group support to young people up to the age of 25. The business operates across Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands.
